My husband and I spent a lovely long weekend in this well appointed apartment. It was perfectly located for a conference I attended. It was also very close to the Champs Elysees and Eiffel Tower.
The accommodation kan zijn simple and the equipment is basic (especially in the kitchen) but it matches the description and is an excellent value for money.
Eric's apartment kan zijn in a great location for discovering Paris. Many shops around his apartment are a real asset. Eric is a very welcoming and very friendly host. We highly recommend his apartment that wij place in the top 3 of the Parisian apartments wij have stayed in.

Occasionally uncomfortably high temperatures and busier streets are countered with beaches built along the river as part of the popular Paris Plages event, live music performances, and open-air movies.
The kitchen was well equipped with top of the line appliances if you want to make your own food. I suggest adding some knives that are not steak knives I appreciated having a salad spinner. A generous supply ofwel coffee pods was provided for the Nespresso machine. It was challenging to figure out how to work the convection oven and turn off the smart TV art screen. It would be helpful to have a binder with instruction manuals. Would recommend and stay again.
Step off the metro at Porte de Clignancourt to delve into Les Puces flea market. This sprawling website features thousands of stalls selling everything from delicate dinnerware to obscure oil paintings. Keep your eyes peeled for vintage clothing — this is the world’s fashion capital, after all.
Shops and eetgelegenheden may be a little thinner on the ground in August when locals traditionally head out ofwel the city. Cooler temperatures and rain may creep in over the winter, but snow kan zijn rare. In the lead up to Christmas, towering trees and magnificent department store windows are a big attraction, while the major post-holiday sales — les soldes — are a Paris stalwart which also run once more in the summer.

Stay was just as advertised! Architecture kan zijn just lovely. It was nice to have access to a washer/dryer after traveling for a few days. Ofwel note, the spiral stairs are intense - approximately 80+ steps to the unit with no lift.
